We are looking for a talented Senior UX UI Designer. As a senior member of our team, you will play a crucial role in guiding individual product UX/UI, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions that drive user satisfaction and business success.

Your responsibilities:

Design intuitive and user-centric solutions for our IoT fleet management platform

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into compelling design concepts

Turn complex information into simple, engaging experiences

Present new ideas and designs for small and large audiences

Conduct independent research and competitive analysis on multiple aspects of products and experiences from a UI, UX, and product perspective, and present results

Collaborate with Product Owners on defining product success metrics for individual projects and small improvements

Oversee and aid testing ideas and designs with end-users (e.g., A/B testing, multivariate testing, etc)

Create process and user flows, wireframes, information architecture maps, journey maps, resulting in low to high fidelity prototypes for mobile / web applications

Design within existing standards to contribute to our internal design system, best practices, and guidelines and supporting the creation and shaping of a new design system

Produce detailed, pixel-perfect final specifications

Your qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on web and mobile applications

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Hotjar, Google analytics, dovetail

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and mobile-first approach

Experience conducting user research, usability testing and summarising results and future actions

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

A problem-solver mindset with a focus on delivering user-centric solutions and a passion for technology
