The Global HR Director will be responsible for driving our company’s people strategy, focusing on building high-performance leaders and their teams.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with senior leadership to align HR and talent practices with the company’s business objectives, ensuring scalable growth, operational efficiency, and strong employee engagement.

You will:

Design and implement an HR strategy that aligns with Mapon’s objectives and drives the company's growth.

Develop and execute innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Ensure the successful development, retention, and engagement of high-performing teams.

Leverage HR technology platforms to streamline and optimize HR processes.

Create and manage initiatives that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and overall well-being.

Ensure full compliance with local, national, and international employment laws and regulations.

Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture.

We expect:

Proven HR leadership experience, ideally within an international environment.

Track record of successfully building and scaling HR functions to support business growth.

Strong expertise in talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.

Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.

Experience managing organizational change and driving continuous improvement.

Proficiency in both Latvian and English.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on business impact.
