We’re hiring a Partnerships Manager to help us grow this channel. The role combines new partner acquisition with ongoing partner growth and gives you full responsibility for commercial outcomes. This position is open in either our Latvia or Lithuania office.

This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B sales fundamentals who wants full commercial ownership, real accountability, and the opportunity to build something that grows year over year. We’ll teach you the industry and the product - what we expect you to bring is sales excellence, structure, and drive.

🎯 Role description

This is a hybrid hunter / farmer role with end-to-end responsibility for partner performance.

You will:

  • Identify, onboard, and activate new white-label partners
  • Grow existing partners to increase recurring revenue (MRR)
  • Own the commercial performance of your partner portfolio

This role is accountable for revenue, activation, and portfolio health - not just relationship management.

🏆 What you’ll do

Partner acquisition

  • Identify potential partners based on clear ICPs and target segments.
  • Run discovery, positioning, and commercial discussions.
  • Close partnership agreements and lead early onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a predictable partner pipeline.

Partner growth and retention

  • Own a portfolio of active partners and grow recurring revenue.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Address underperformance and reduce churn through proactive engagement.

Partner enablement and internal coordination

  • Ensure partners understand Mapon’s products and positioning.
  • Coordinate onboarding, launches, and joint opportunities.
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, Support, and Finance to remove blockers.
  • Share structured partner feedback internally.

🧩 What we’re looking for

  • Experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or account management.
  • Comfortable with outbound, discovery, negotiation, and closing.
  • Strong commercial understanding of revenue and long-term value.
  • Able to manage multiple partners with different maturity levels.
  • Clear communicator, structured, and accountable.

Nice to have (not required):

  • Experience with white-label, reseller, or distributor models.
  • Background in telematics, fleet, logistics, mobility, or IoT.
  • SaaS or subscription business experience.

💰 Fixed base salary of €2,000 (before taxes) plus performance-based variable compensation (making up to €5,000 Gross/ total salary per month).

  • Pre-recorded interview – Selected candidates will be invited to complete a pre-recorded interview via Testlify (in video format) to answer questions regarding the position and to test language knowledge, allowing you to answer at a time that suits you best.
  • Video interview - A conversation with HR and Hiring Manager (up to 60min).
  • On-site interview (preferably)  – Final interview with the CSO and HR (up to 60min).
