We scale through white-label partners globally: companies that sell Mapon’s technology as their own to established client bases across fleets, logistics, mobility, and similar industries. When this works well, it compounds fast - recurring revenue, long-term partnerships, and defensible market reach.
We’re hiring a Partnerships Manager to help us grow this channel. The role combines new partner acquisition with ongoing partner growth and gives you full responsibility for commercial outcomes. This position is open in either our Riga, Vilnius or Tallinn office.
This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B sales fundamentals who wants full commercial ownership, real accountability, and the opportunity to build something that grows year over year. We’ll teach you the industry and the product - what we expect you to bring is sales excellence, structure, and drive.
This is a hybrid hunter / farmer role with end-to-end responsibility for partner performance.

🇱🇻💰 Latvia: Fixed base salary of €2000 (before taxes) plus performance-based variable compensation (making up to €5,000 Gross/ total salary per month).
🇱🇹💰Lithuania: Fixed base salary of €2400 (before taxes) plus performance-based variable compensation (making up to €5,750 Gross/ total salary per month).
🇪🇪💰Estonia: Fixed base salary of €1850 (before taxes) plus performance-based variable compensation (making up to €4500 Gross/ total salary per month).
