🎯 What is the job description?

Main duties: 

  • Provide remote communication with clients - via email, phone, and chat; 
  • Provide clients with the necessary information about Mapon products;
  • Proactively resolve problem situations;
  • Plan installation trips for technical specialists to clients;
  • Collect and analyze various amounts of data. 
  • Replace colleagues in their responsibilities, during their absence – during holidays, business trips, studies, or sick leaves;
  • Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department;
  • To comply with confidentiality commitments; 
  • Be a brand ambassador and always reflect the company values.

🧩 What we expect from you:

  • Previous client support experience +2 year is required;
  • Experience using ticketing tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, etc.
  • Previous experience in IoT or a technical field will be valued; 
  • Great organizational skills.
  • Being responsible for the assigned tasks by the direct manager;
  • Effective communication skills in order to provide key information to the Direct Manager or other departments; 
  • Willingness and ability to help people;
  • Ability to react quickly and concentrate in stressful situations;
  • Organized and proactive attitude, being able to follow instructions, and being able to find the next task to do independently;
  • Excellent Estonian and English language skills (as our company is international our internal communication language is English); 
  • Other language skills will be valued.

💰 Monthly gross salary starting from 1600 EUR

📆 Our Hiring Process

  • CV review – Your application will be reviewed by HR and the Hiring Manager (Client Support Team Lead (L1))
  • Pre-recorded interview – Selected candidates will be invited to complete a pre-recorded interview via Testlify (in video format) to answer questions regarding the position and to test language knowledge, allowing you to answer at a time that suits you best.
  • Written home task – A short take-home assignment to understand your approach and skills (Reviewed by Hiring Manager).
  • Video interview - A conversation with HR and Hiring Manager (up to 60min).
  • Video interview – Final interview with Country Manager of the Estonia office (up to 40min).
