💼 What You’ll Do

As the Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth by overseeing the sales process and fostering high-value client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to identify and acquire new high-potential clients through targeted outreach, including calls, emails, and industry networking
  • Deeply understanding client needs and aligning them with tailored solutions to drive business impact
  • Presenting our value proposition compellingly to senior stakeholders, overcoming objections, and positioning our offerings for maximum appeal
  • Negotiating high-stakes contracts and closing deals to consistently meet or exceed ambitious revenue targets
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

  • Proven experience in B2B sales
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • A competitive, self-driven personality capable of working independently
  • A team player mindset – you’ll join a supportive team with a structured onboarding process from day one
  • Fluent Estonian
  • English skills are mandatory for international teammates
  • Experience in SaaS, fleet management, or telematics is highly valued
  • Previous sales team leadership experience is highly valued

📆 Our hiring process:
