Sales Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist who will support the sales team by streamlining sales processes, managing sales data, and ensuring the effective use of sales tools.

Salary from 2000 to 3000 EUR

Before taxes (depending on your experience and knowledge)

You will:

Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement efficient sales processes and workflows

Maintain and manage the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity

Develop and maintain sales documentation, including process guides and training materials

Analyse sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement

Develop and implement cold outreach strategies, then track and analyse the results

Train and provide ongoing support to sales team members on CRM usage, assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members

Collaborate with other departments, like marketing and client support, to ensure alignment and coordination of sales activities

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales tools and technologies, recommending upgrades or changes as needed

We expect from you:

Previous work experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role

Good knowledge of CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) or other sales tools

Previous experience in CRM software implementation will be an advantage

Proficiency in the English language

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and provide actionable insights

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented persona with a focus on accuracy and quality
