Business Development Manager (Partnerships, Research & Strategic Growth)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (Partnerships, Research & Strategic Growth) to drive new business initiatives, expand our partnership network, and explore strategic growth opportunities, including market expansions, alliances, and potential acquisitions. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-driven, and combines strong relationship-building skills with the ability to assess strategic investments. This role will report directly to the Mapon CEO. 

Your daily tasks will entail:

  • Identify and source new partnership opportunities in existing and new markets to contribute to business strategy and growth.
  • Perform in-depth market research and industry analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential strategic partners or acquisition targets (M&A).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, potential strategic targets, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities (partnerships, strategic collaborations, acquisitions).
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of opportunities, identifying business drivers, synergies, risks, and trends.
  • Prepare financial models, valuations, and investment case analyses to support decision-making.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and strategies to the management team.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and contribute to transaction discussions when relevant.
  • Track industry trends and local/international regulations to stay ahead of the market.
  • Analyze competitor activities and client feedback to identify improvements and drive innovation.

We expect from you:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, corporate development, market research, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and execute on business opportunities.
  • Experience in financial analysis or due diligence will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Results-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
  • Excellent English (written and spoken)
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
