Flexible task management

Quickly edit, reassign, and plan upcoming tasks and routes directly from the interface. What’s more, the route planning software calculates the most efficient route based on vehicle dimensions and restrictions.

Check the vehicle cards to help quickly manage your vehicles en route, identify ones without assigned tasks, and plan the driver workload.

Historical route analysis

To reflect and understand how the planned and real situations compare, take a look at the route history. For each individual trip, you will see the empty kilometres, detours, as well as distance and time deviations. Then, you can evaluate vehicle and driver performance based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as empty kilometres or driver route deviations and improve the company's workflows and profitability.

Straightforward trailer management

To avoid idle trailers and simplify the handover process, tie certain tasks to trailers for cases when a trailer is loaded and hooked off for a later unloading. To simplify coordination, in case of trailer swap, send selected tasks to a different truck.

Solution workflow: Mapon and your TMS integration

You can use the Mapon task and route planning solution on its own or integrate it with your Transport Management System (TMS). Here is how it works if you have set up an integration.
Create an order in your TMS
Assign vehicles to delivery points and add key details (e.g. addresses, cargo types, delivery dates).
Upload the data to Mapon
Use a simple API to automatically transfer all details to our platform.
Create a route on the Mapon platform
Build a route by combining one or multiple loading/unloading tasks, and add additional stops, such as rest breaks or fuel stations, where needed.
Send the route to the driver
Drivers will follow the task sequence and follow turn-by-turn navigation using the Mapon Driver app.
Monitor the task progress
View the vehicle location in real time, identify potential issues like route deviations or insufficient remaining driving time ahead of time.
Synchronise with TMS and analyse data
Analyse the data to see how well the routes were planned and executed by automatically getting the task status and other data to your TMS.
