💼 What You’ll Do

As the Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth by overseeing the sales process and fostering high-value client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:

🧭 Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to identify and acquire new high-potential clients through targeted outreach, including calls, emails, and industry networking

🤝 Deeply understanding client needs and aligning them with tailored solutions to drive business impact

📈 Presenting our value proposition compellingly to senior stakeholders, overcoming objections, and positioning our offerings for maximum appeal

🎯 Negotiating high-stakes contracts and closing deals to consistently meet or exceed ambitious revenue targets

🌟 Building and maintaining long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

👀 What We’re Looking For

✔️ Proven experience in B2B sales
✔️ Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
✔️ Strong negotiation and communication skills
✔️ A competitive, self-driven personality capable of working independently
✔️ A team player mindset – you’ll join a supportive team with a structured onboarding process from day one
✔️ Fluent Lithuanian
➕ English skills are mandatory for international teammates
➕ Experience in SaaS, fleet management, or telematics is highly valued
➕ Previous sales team leadership experience is highly valued
