Business Development Manager (Partnerships, Research & Strategic Growth)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (Partnerships, Research & Strategic Growth) to drive new business initiatives, expand our partnership network, and explore strategic growth opportunities, including market expansions, alliances, and potential acquisitions. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-driven, and combines strong relationship-building skills with the ability to assess strategic investments. This role will report directly to the Mapon CEO.

Salary from EUR 2000 to EUR 3600

Gross (depending on your skills and experience)

Your daily tasks will entail:

Identify and source new partnership opportunities in existing and new markets to contribute to business strategy and growth

Perform in-depth market research and industry analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential strategic partners or acquisition targets (M&A)

Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, potential strategic targets, and key industry stakeholders

Develop and manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities (partnerships, strategic collaborations, acquisitions)

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of opportunities, identifying business drivers, synergies, risks, and trends

Prepare financial models, valuations, and investment case analyses to support decision-making

Present findings, recommendations, and strategies to the management team

Negotiate partnership agreements and contribute to transaction discussions when relevant

Track industry trends and local/international regulations to stay ahead of the market

Analyse competitor activities and client feedback to identify improvements and drive innovation

We expect from you:

2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, corporate development, market research, or related fields

Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and execute on business opportunities

Experience in financial analysis or due diligence will be considered an advantage

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present complex information clearly

Results-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple projects independently

Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and in a team

Excellent English (written and spoken)

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
