Business Support Specialist

The Mapon finance team is looking for a Business Support Specialist to join us. In this role, you will follow group-wide procedures to prepare customer invoices in CRM systems, manage documentation, and provide support to clients and colleagues both in Latvia and internationally.

Salary from 1500 to 1700 EUR

Before taxes (depending on experience and qualifications)

Your responsibilities:

Prepare and send invoices to Mapon clients, partners, and branches via CRM/ERP systems, generate related reports

Draft and manage contracts, annexes, acceptance certificates, and other related documents

Enter, verify, and ensure the quality of customer data in accounting systems

Provide consultations and training on CRM system usage to internal and external clients (in Latvian and English, Russian is a plus)

Support company clients and collaborate with other teams and management

Process and correct information in CRM systems

Cover for your direct manager during absences (vacation, business trips, studies, sick leave), ensuring continuity of processes

Participate in daily accounting and warehouse operations

Monitor customer debts and prepare debt recovery requests within Mapon Group

Communicate with debt recovery administrators and update internal systems accordingly

Resolve issues and make decisions within your area of competence

Contribute to system improvements and advise group employees on system usage

Participate in the implementation and training of new and existing systems

Standardise processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements

We expect:

Willingness to work full-time

Higher education in finance, economics, or business management

Experience in administrative work and accounting, understanding of warehouse processes would be an advantage

Strong skills in working with various systems, MS Office, and BI, experience with accounting systems would be considered an advantage

Initiative, accuracy, a high sense of responsibility, independence, and analytical thinking

Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels

Positive, energetic, and persistent personality, able to organise own work and achieve results independently

Excellent Latvian and English language skills, as both are working languages
