We’re looking for a tech-savvy and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global HR team in Riga. You’ll be at the forefront of our hiring strategy — helping us attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent across all Mapon offices.
You’ll collaborate with global stakeholders to run innovative recruitment campaigns, promote our employer brand, and support broader HR initiatives, such as onboarding, learning, and engagement.
